Moved and Theta invite you to gather in celebration of sacred sisterhood and The First Harvest — Lammas; honouring all that you are, all that you have given and all that you are grateful to have received this year.
Held in a sublime wildflower meadow within Knepp Rewilding Estate, West Sussex, we will spend the day together in mindful movement.
Jocie — of Theta Yoga — and I combine our rich experience of working with women in the fields of yogic practice and nature-based reconnection. Together, we hope to support you in coming home to your body, reinforcing your bond with Mother Nature and kindling new relationships with one another.
Our day-long practice will blend:
Embodied yoga flow
Guided meditation
Walking
Nature-based mindfulness
Wild swimming in a natural pond
Traditional wood-fired Nordic sauna
The retreat includes a nourishing, plant-based lunch and light arrival refreshments.

WHAT TO EXPECT
10:30 AM - A light welcome breakfast of homemade, plant-based baked goods, fruit, tea and coffee
11:00 AM - The First Harvest — An introduction to our day
11:15 AM - Awakening Theta Yoga flow
12:15 PM - Rewilding walk - Roughly 10 km, with a grounding mindfulness practice
2:15 PM - Plant-based picnic lunch and refreshments
3:00 PM - Wild swimming and sauna
4:30 PM - Closing Circle
5:15 PM - Depart

Our retreat is set in a stunning rural location and is only accessible by car. There is ample free parking available on the grounds, and you can find full details of how to reach us and where to park here.
