Join Moved and holistic facialist Lizzie as we step into the woods for a walk with a difference, tapping into the five senses, turning inwards and preparing mind and body for the winter to come. Lizzie is an advanced face yoga and gua sha teacher, but her practice goes far beyond aesthetics. Through a combination of breathwork, posture alignment and relaxation techniques, alongside gentle, guided self-massage, acupressure and lymphatic drainage, she teaches us how to notice and relieve tension to restore softness and glow.
Spend a beautiful half day in the sublime autumnal forest, tending to mind and body ahead of the winter months. Lizzie’s expertise, combined with my deep familiarity with these ancient woodland trails, make for a truly restorative self-care ritual.
LIMITED SPACES - To keep the event small and intimate, spaces are limited to 12 women only. Booking ahead is essential.
